Basically it seems all sub 300$ microwaves are about equal in reliability, which is not as good as it used to be; about 5 year lifespan vs the old long lived 10+yr models. So pending any major problems you can consider this a good review (i'll update when/if it dies). Following the instructions I learned many things; you set your zip code so the microwave can change its sensorcook power to match your altitude; Also you can turn the sound on and off!!! this feature is amazing to me, our old panasonic was LOUD, with people on different schedules, its nice to not make food and wake the house. we just leave the sound off and its a lot more pleasant. also the microwave itself is much quieter in operation then expected."
