The DCS RDU486GDL Range features a cooktop with six of the most versatile and well designed residential burners available and the sealed cooking surface is easy to clean and maintain. Four high output 15,000 BTU burners combine with two 12,500 BTU burners to deliver exceptional cooking performance. These patented Dual Flow Burners can also provide consistent low simmer temperatures - as low as 140 degrees - ideal for cooking delicate sauces. The built-in cooktop griddle is made from Type 304 stainless steel with a highly polished cooking surface and provides 18,000 BTU of cooking power.

The Convection Oven feature actively pulls and redistributes heat creating uniform temperature throughout the oven for truly professional results. Bake (Primary/Secondary): 4,000 Watts / 2,250 Watts. Broil (Primary/Secondary): 4,000 Watts / 3,600 Watts. The DCS RDU486GDL 48-inch Dual Fuel Stainless Steel Range uses Liquid Propane Gas (LPG) and includes an Island trim kit.
