friendly, prompt, and thorough.
"A very effective unit for a small adobe in the desert of Arizona. Electrolux )Frigidaire`s parent company( gets 5 stars for
customer service, too: the first unit they sent, which I installed myself, turned out to have a small leak in the
compressor. They immediately sent a new compressor unit to my local A/C installers, and )eventually( reimbursed me directly
for my out of pocket cost to the same A/C installer for their troubleshooting the problem in the first place.

"Best value I could find. In the future I will always check with Appliance Connection prior to purchasing any appliance. At
this time my AC technician is in process of installing the units, so I have not had a chance to use. The units were shipped
and received on schedule; the units appear to be in excellent condition. The AC technician said there is no reason the
units will not perform as expected. "
