A Tailored Massage
Using pressure sensor technology, the Ultra creates a virtual map of your back. The massage you receive is contoured to your height and your spine's curve. Real Pro Ultra scans your body and is able to identify you. The "floating" massage heads glide over your back and know where to massage and where not to. You create your own customizable program, which Ultra remembers for the next time you're ready for a massage. The air bags conform to your body, and the Air Ottoman System even extends to open/closed to accommodate any height.
Junetsu, the Japanese word for "ultra-fine kneading," is basedon the one-second circular thumb movements of professional massage therapists. Junetsu quickly loosens up tight muscles, and the spiral circular motion reverberates down through the muscles to invigorate you down to the surface of your bones.

White Glove Delivery is a special service that is safest for large and overweight items. It is a fully insured both ways service which includes a two man delivery to the room of your choice with your product unpacked and all of the packaging debris removed. This service does not include installation of any type. Delivery includes shipment to the first floor. There will be a $25 per floor charge for any item being delivered to past the first floor. The white glove delivery time is normally between 3 and 10 business days. Our carrier of choice will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time. Please inspect your item at the time of delivery. If you notice any damages, please contact our customer service department immediately.
With White Glove Service, you can expect:

Next Day Delivery (1 Day):

If an item is currently on its way to our warehouse or a drop-ship vendor has the item in their warehouse, it will be marked with the word "Available". These products will ship once your order is processed (usually within 24-48 hours).
Temporarily Out of Stock:
The product is not available for shipping from our warehouse. We have contacted the manufacturer and expect shipment to our warehouse within 48-72 Hours. It will then take a few more days to be delivered to you, depending on the way you requested it to be shipped.
Back Ordered:

The product is not available for shipping from our warehouse. We will special order this from the manufacturer once your order is placed and the order cannot be cancelled nor returned once the item is allocated.
