Two Lodge Cast Iron Griddle/Grills
With two of FiveStar’s interchangeable griddle/grills from Lodge, you have the ability to create flavorful grilled meats, fish, breakfast basics and more.

Side-by-side dual-fuel ovens
With side-by-side dual-fuel gas and electric ovens you can roast or braise chicken in the moist heat of the gas oven (or keep cooked food warm there), while at the same time bake a pie in the crisping, dry heat of the electric oven.

TurboFlow Convection
TurboFlow convection technology decreases cooking times by as much as 30% and the incredible even heat circulation provides the ultimate in baking and roasting performance.

Cast Iron Wok Ring
A cast iron ring designed for the rounded shape of a wok makes high-temperature, Asian cooking simple (Standard on sealed burner models only).

Continuous GratesFiveStar continuous grates are designed to allow pots and skillets to slide easily from one burner to another.

Sealed vs. Open Burners:
The FiveStar VariFlame Open Burners are consistent with commercial-style burners for a truly professional-style range. With its "burner within a burner" design each burner uses only 400 BTUs with a constant flame on the front burner simmer setting and reaches a maximum of 14,000 BTUs when set on high.The FiveStar Ultra High-Low Sealed burners offer the convenience of keeping spillovers contained on the cooktop there are fewer parts and pieces to clean as well as the versatility of a wide range of heat control – 350 to 21,000 BTUs – on every burner.

All Gas vs. Dual Fuel and True Dual Fuel:
Gas heat and electric heat are different, and therefore, they heat food differently. The moist heat of gas is perfect for braising and roasting meats while the crisping, drier heat of an electric oven is ideal for baking breads and pastries. FiveStar's All Gas ovens contain a gas cooktop and a gas oven or ovens, while the Dual Fuel models contain a gas cooktop and an electric oven. Our True Dual Fuel models (available on our 48" and 60" ranges) contain a gas cooktop with one gas oven and one self-cleaning electric convection oven. Only FiveStar offers the versatility of both types of heat source on one range
