The Cozzia Feel Good Model 16027 Massage Recliner features three partial massage programs and five specialty programs for users to choose from, as well as two Zero Gravity positions that elevates the knees, keeps the spine parallel to the ground, and eliminates vertical pressure on the vertebrae to heighten relaxation during use. An S-shaped back rest and automatic zero-gravity recline function add to the comfort and convenience of this premium massage chair.


Description:

The Feel Good 16027 features vibration massage for the seat and air pressure massage for the back, legs, and feet. Set your massage length from 5 to 30 minutes for any basic routine or specialty mode, and use the handy remote control to turn off your chair when you're done! The three partial massage programs - Neck & Shoulders, Back & Lumbar, and Lower Body - can be activated one at a time or you can combine the Lower Body program with either of the other programs.

Features:

Healthcare Program: A total body massage which defaults to a strong and intense massage similar to a deep tissue treatment. However, the strength and intensity can be adjusted to meet your preferences on ANY of these programs.
Relax Program: A more gentle massage routine than the Healthcare Program, with a focus on the neck, shoulders, and upper back utilizing light tapping and vibration. A gentle lower body air pressure routine accompanies the upper body massage.

Therapy Program: A happy medium between the Relax and Healthcare Programs. Focuses on upper body massage with only light and subtle air pressure in the calves and feet.

Circulation Program: Light Swedish-style strokes and a slow, gentle progression of vertebral massage are the hallmarks of this routine. The massage chair periodically adjusts its recline angle during this routine to enhance your blood circulation as the chair does its magic.

Finally, there's the Smart Program, which scans your body's dimensions and auto-adjusts the foot rest position and recline angle to custom-fit your needs. This massage program typically defaults to high strength and high intensity, with little variability allowed. We recommend that users familiarize themselves with the location of the stop-sensors in the foot rest - you'll want to exert pressure at the point beneath your heels as the foot rest adjusts to ensure that it maintains a suitable angle for your comfort preference.

Individual massage functions include Tapping (2 modes), Clapping (2 modes), Shiatsu (2 modes), Rolling (1 mode), and Swedish (2 modes). Each function has adjustments that, depending on the particular function, include speed and width adjustments. Except for the Rolling function, all functions can also be put into Spot and Partial modes where you specify the exact location or range of the massage.

Pros: Deeply satisfying massage and airbag intensity
"Over the last several months I have a sampled a number of high-end massage chairs and have found that Some of them are very good. However, the Cozzia 16027 provides the strongest and deepest massage of any chair I\\\`ve been in. The foot/calf airbags also squeeze with the most intensity. This makes for a deeply satisfying massage and the intensity is adjustable for those who might want a lesser overall effect. Rollers are able to massage directly on your shoulders which also is somewhat unique. Although this chair does not provide certain features such as the arm massage of higher-end chairs the overall massage effect is really superior." Will Recommend: Yes

What exactly is an Extended Service Plan?
An extended service plan is generally an extension of your original manufacturer's warranty. Most manufacturers warranty their products to be free from defects for up to one year from the date of purchase. This warranty virtually guarantees you that if your newly purchased product fails, the manufacturer will protect you from the high costs of replacement parts and labor necessary to repair your product. Extended service plans lengthen your product's coverage for up to an additional 60 months (5 years) to insure you get years of performance satisfaction from your newly purchased product.
How is this different than the manufacturer's warranty?
A manufacturer's warranty usually offers limited coverage for a limited time, with parts and labor carrying separate lengths of coverage. For example, a common manufacturer warranty of a product might cover a consumer for one full year on parts defects but only 90 days on the high cost of labor involved to change those parts. Extended service plans provide comprehensive, long term, even length coverage. This means that should your product fail within your plans coverage time frame, both parts and labor costs are covegrey.

What should I do if I need extended service?

Your other alternative is to call the toll-free number on your extended warranty card or email and have a qualified representative make this request for you with the information you will provide. Who will perform the service on my product?

Generally, the amount of a deductible is almost always proportional to the amount of the premium charged. In order to have a lower deductible, even as low as $0, the plan holder would generally have to agree to a higher premium. For those who want lower premiums, they must agree to a higher deductible. Our extended service plans carry a $0.00 deductible along with low premiums. This means that with an extended service plan there are no high upfront costs and they are committed to cover 100% parts and labor costs on any authorized claim.
When does my warranty start?
Depending on the type of coverage you own, an extended warranty begins at the conclusion of the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s warranty. If the manufacturer’s warranty was 90 day labor and 1 year parts, the extended warranty would begin on the 91st day and continue for the duration of the warranty period. All replacement, commercial and accidental plans begin on the date of purchase.
Why does my plan say "under $1000"?
Some plans carry a dollar value on them. This means that your product's purchase price, excluding tax, delivery and accessories is below the listed price on the contract. It's simply a classification based on the price of purchase of the product under warranty.
What does an accidental plan cover?
If you have added Accidental Coverage to your plan, this plan shall cover unintentional damages as a result of: impact, liquid damage or unintentional physical damage. Accidental Coverage does not cover intentional damages of any kind to the covered product or losses due to theft. Accidental Coverage does not cover willful damage, misuse, damage due to neglect, drops over 6 feet, fire damage or full immersion in water.

Accidental Coverage does not cover damage caused by the use of a product in a way the manufacturer never intended. Coverage for this plan shall begin 30 days after the date of purchase of the covered product.
