"Appliances are a lot like cars, the price structure, the competing countries, the balance between
reliability, design, and performance. I was a little worried that my new Bertazzoni was like an Italian
sports car: perfect until something goes wrong. I'm so relieved to be wrong about that! The whole unit
feels very solid and well constructed, and even though the design is high-tech and modern, the controls are
simple (simple=less failure points). "
