Please open and examine the product. If any damage, blemishes or doubt that there may have been impact during shipping is noticed, it must be noted on the airway bill and MUST BE NOTIFIED within 24 hours of the delivery via phone or via our ticketing system, which is available to you by logging into your account. Customer assumes all responsibility if they fail to be present at the time of delivery. Customer also assumes all responsibility for damaged products where is not notified within 24 hours of delivery. If you have chosen In-Home or White Glove Delivery, it is your responsibility to make sure that the item(s) you have ordered will fit through the door of your residence. This Service is for a Ground Level only no steps or Stairs There will be an additional fee, for steps stairs, or if the door to your home or any part of the product needs to be removed in order to complete the delivery. Please make sure to measure prior to your date of shipment so we can make arrangements for you. If you feel you may require additional services, please contact your sales rep.

Return Policy:
