Lucky, along with, GoldStar merged and became Lucky GoldStar but today they’re simply known as LG. As a newly formed consumer electronics company, LG was responsible for many of South Korea’s first refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners and televisions. Later, in 1978, LG reaches a company first milestone in achieving USD 100 million with exports around the world establishing a global network for household appliances and consumer electronics.
